We are looking for an Import & Customer Support Specialist to support import-related processes and assist customers with shipment-related questions and requests. The role involves communicating with customers and partners, tracking shipments, handling documentation, and helping resolve day-to-day issues.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Communicate with customers and provide information about their shipments and import-related questions.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
Prepare, check, and organize import-related documents.
Update information in relevant systems and databases.
Handle several tasks at the same time and quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Good communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Attention to detail when working with information and documents.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English, both written and oral.
