What You Will Do

You will design, train, and fine-tune LLMs for production use.
You will build and integrate AI agents with tools, memory, and reasoning capabilities.
You will evaluate and apply recent advancements in transformer architectures and alignment techniques.
You will work with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
You will optimize model performance for inference, latency, and cost.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

Who You Are

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or in a relevant field.
You have 3+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong Python and deep learning skills.
You have hands-on experience with HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain or similar frameworks.
You have a solid understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
You are familiar with distributed training (TPUs, GPUs), quantization, and model deployment.
You have knowledge of MLOps, version control, and cloud platforms.
You are up-to-date with the latest research in generative AI, alignment, and AI agents.
