Position Overview:

The College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) at the American University of Armenia (AUA) seeks to hire a highly qualified educator to teach in the Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications (BAEC) program for the Spring 2027 semester. The successful candidate will teach the following undergraduate course from the BAEC Catalogue:

EC 234: Advertising

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

The successful candidates will:

Teach courses in the BAEC program.
Design syllabi, instruction, and assessments aligned with course learning outcomes.
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
Hold regular office hours with students.
Collaborate with the Program Chair and other program faculty on curriculum development and quality assurance, as needed.

Additional responsibilities may be defined in consultation with the Program Chair.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Qualifications

A Master’s degree and/or PhD in advertising or a related field.
Teaching experience, preferably in an international or U.S.-accredited higher education context, is desirable.
Experience in designing and delivering practice-oriented courses is desirable.
A record of professional achievements in advertising.
